CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to the nature of our business and personalization; we are unable to offer a refund. Cancellation of private parties must be made 1 week in advance of the scheduled event as materials are custom cut for each party. We set the date aside for your party; we do not double book, nor do we charge a booking fee. 

In the event that you cannot participate in a workshop, your sign or project will be available for you to pick up and complete on your own within 30 days of the party. After this date, all materials will be returned to the shelf, with NO REFUND GIVEN.

*If you will be able to attend a different event within the 30 days, you are more than welcome to paint your project there! (prior notice must be given).

We understand life happens but ask participants to extend the courtesy of notifying the host/hostess if they are unable to attend the party.

  • Racheal Marie Designs is not responsible for any injuries which may incur during the workshop, or mistakes made on behalf of not following directions.
